The FunCakes gluten free mixes are produced in a gluten free facility.
FunCakes can guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. Most people with coeliac disease or gluten sensitivity will not get any symptoms with this low quantity. Therefore anyone who follows a strict gluten free diet can enjoy the safe baking mixes from FunCakes.
Preparation: Preheat the oven at 175°C (convection oven 155°C). For one Ø 20 cm cake, mix 250 g mix, 230 g eggs (4½ pcs), and 20 ml water in a bowl. Mix at high speed for 8-10 minutes and pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
Ingredients: sugar, rice flour, corn starch, potato starch, raising agents: E450, E500, emulsifiers: E475, E433, skimmed milk powder, salt, flavor, thickener: E412, color: E160a. For allergens, see ingredients in bold.
May contain traces of: eggs and nuts.
This product is certified Halal. Free from gluten, palm oil, preservatives, AZO colourings, GMO and hydrogenated fats. Suitable for vegetarians.
Store at room temperature in a dry place, do not expose to temperature change and heat sources.
