For an efficient shipping, we have selected GLS, Mondial Relay, Colissimo, FedEx, TNT and DPD for deliveries in France and abroad.
Depending on your shipping address, Labo&Gato offers adapted services. Shipping costs are then calculated automatically based on your address and the weight of your package, or depending to the price of your order (delivery by GLS or Mondial Relay in France, excluding Corsica). All orders placed and paid before 3 pm (GMT +01:00), which all products are available (excluding custom products and Service+ Matfer) are shipped the same day (working days).
For your organization, an estimated delivery date is calculated before the order validation and acceptance of our Terms, depending on your shopping cart and product availability, your delivery address and your carrier.

Once the package supported by the GLS network, you receive an email and an SMS containing information relating to delivery, including a slot of estimated approximate delivery. As a distributor, Labo&Gato proposes the Matfer catalogs (equipment for cooking and baking) and Flo (single use) for purchase on its website. There are nearly 8.000 products.
This service, called Service+ is an order preparation outsourcing service. Specifically, when you want to buy a product by Matfer Service+, you order from Labo&Gato. The order is then transmitted to Matfer which prepares and sends to the delivery address (mainland France).
For deliveries outside mainland France, the order first passes through Labo&Gato.
All products shipped through the Service+ are indicated on the product file at the time of your order.
If an order consists of both Service+ products with Labo&Gato products (in stock or on order), it is shipped in two packages: 1 package prepared and shipped by Matfer containing Service+ products 1 and 1 package prepared and shipped by Labo&Gato containing Labo&Gato products.
