The FunCakes gluten free mixes are produced in a gluten free facility.
FunCakes can guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. Most people with coeliac disease or gluten sensitivity will not get any symptoms with this low quantity. Therefore anyone who follows a strict gluten free diet can enjoy the safe baking mixes from FunCakes.
Preparation: Preheat the oven at 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Ingredients need to be at room
temperature. Mix 500 g mix, 250 g butter and 190 g eggs (3½-4 pcs) in a bowl. Mix for 3 minutes at medium speed to a thick batter. Fill a greased baking pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
Ingredients: sugar, rice flour, cocoa powder (11,7%), cocoa butter, humectant: E420, milk powder, emulsifiers: E475, E433, acidity regulator: E336, thickener: E412, flavour, stabiliser: E450, antioxidant: E304, E307. May contain traces of: eggs and nuts.
This product is certified Halal. Free from gluten, palm oil, preservatives, AZO colourings, GMO and hydrogenated fats. Suitable for vegetarians.
Store at room temperature in a dry place, do not expose to temperature change and heat sources.
