Direction of use (spherification) : 4 g/L of preparation. Add the alginic acid in your liquid preparation and mix to avoid lumps. Let it drip (pipette, syringe) or plunge (demi-spheric spoon) the preparation in a bath of water + chloride + lactic calcium. Take the spheres after 1 min, rinse them with water and consume quickly before the sphere turns into jelly.
