Preparations: preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Mix 500 grams
of the mixture with 150 grams of butter and 1 egg (approx. 50 grams) and knead it to a
firm dough. Let the dough stiffen in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Roll out on a floured flat
surface to a thickness of approx. 0.5 cm. Cut out rounds of the cookie dough and bake for
approximately 12 minutes until golden. Let the cookies cool down and decorate as required.
To bake Dutch Apple Pie line the base and sides of a spring form cake pan with cookie dough
and fill with small pieces of apple sprinkled with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Bake at
170 °C (convection oven 150°C) for approximately 5 0-60 minutes.
