Ideal for small restaurants or as a back-up oven. This oven offers four cooking functions:
- Convection: even cooking of many dishes without mixing flavours
- Ventilated bakery oven: for baking tarts with heat from below only + ventilation for optimal heat distribution
- Exclusive Turbo Quartz® technology combining quartz heating in the upper element and resistance heat in the lower element + ventilation. This technology reduces heating up and cooking time
- Quartz grill: a salamander grill to brown, grill and for gratins.

4 shelves (450 x 340mm) spaced at 70 mm intervals.
Stainless steel cavity and shelf supports for easy cleaning.
Compatible with GN 2/3 containers of maximum depth 65 mm placed on shelves or 400 x 300 mm trays.
0° à 300°C thermostat. 120-minute timer with alarm + continuous use position. Stainless steel body.
