Stemed from the prestigious Alsatian vine, the marc of Gewurztraminer is distilled in copper stills according to a traditional method, and has won many national and international awards. This marc reveals a musky flavour with notes of rose, liquorice and spices. This powerful eau de vie reflects the warmth of Alsatian vineyards. Eau de vie are traditionnally offered at the end of a meal and must be served very cold, almost frozen.

The distillery Wolfberger Kuhri cultivates with passion the secret of its art for more than 100 years. Kuhri is located in Colmar, in the heart of Alsace, a region with many gastronomic traditions.
