- Base and fibres: non-porous plastic, resistant to solvents, chemical cleaning agents, and disinfection temperatures.
- Plastic additives and colourings compliant with food standards.
- Stapling wires: must be stainless.
- Handle: fibreglass or anodised aluminium structure
- The materials used must not give off chlorine emissions when being recycled.
PE blue fibres, easily visible on the dough in case of accidental
